Every year, various offices at MSU receive hundreds of requests from teachers and other school personnel requesting materials to display in schools/classrooms or to provide to K-12 students to encourage their interest in attending college. The university receives similar requests from individual students who want to demonstrate their interest in Michigan State by having or displaying a “spirit” item.
Below you will find approved language you can use to direct school and K-12 student requests to the Spartan Spirit Shop for fulfillment, as well as language to recommend resources for requests that fall outside the scope of what this initiative can support. You are, of course, free to fulfill any requests you wish to in whatever way you deem appropriate at the expense of your individual office should you prefer.

However, we offer a complimentary Spartan Spirit School Kit through MSU’s Spartan Spirit Shop containing pencils, a pennant and a poster.
