Todd brings MSU over two decades of professional marketing and advertising experience for several nationally recognized communications agencies such as Ogilvy and Mather, Doner and Campbell-Ewald.

Todd brings experience and capability in the following areas:

  • Strong understanding of branding and strategic planning.
  • Developing integrated communications programs including all facets of communications—from traditional tools like television, radio and print advertising to emerging digital, social media, direct and grassroots programs.
  • Market category experience including a long time involvement in federal government, home/building products, financial services, retail, packaged goods, durable goods, and travel with national brands such as Federal Student Aid, United States Mint, National Car Rental, Ford Motor Company, Iams Dog and Cat Food, and Delta Faucet.
  • Most recent work was rebranding Federal Student Aid including new tagline “Proud Sponsor of the American Mind”, consolidating 13 websites into one and launching a social media presence.

Todd has both a bachelor of arts and a masters of science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
